deepvane

Disclaimer

DeepVane is a quantitative research platform - not a broker, not a registered investment adviser, not a fiduciary. Every score, verdict, prediction interval and pattern flag on this site is a model output. The text below spells out what that means in plain English.

Not investment advice

Nothing on DeepVane constitutes a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, fund or asset. We do not know your financial situation, tax position, risk tolerance, time horizon or goals. Treat every page on this site as information, not advice, and consult a licensed adviser before any real trading decision.

Model outputs, not certainties

The APEX composite score, BUY / MIXED / SELL verdict, expected forward return, conformal prediction interval, pattern triggers, regime label and per-factor decomposition are all derived outputs of statistical models applied to historical public data. Model outputs are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. Real markets routinely produce outcomes outside any model's prior. A 90% prediction interval is expected to be wrong roughly 10% of the time - and the prior-mode coverage published before 2026-05-16 has not yet been calibrated against our own forward returns.

Past performance disclaimer

Backtests, walk-forward analyses, historical track records and any IC / Sharpe numbers published on /track-record describe historical or simulated behaviour only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Real trading involves slippage, commissions, taxes, market impact and behavioural drift that no backtest fully captures.

Data sources and lags

DeepVane is built on public data - SEC EDGAR (10-K, 10-Q, Form 4, 13F), ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, OpenFDA, Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, FRED. Each source has its own publication cadence and revision practice. 13F filings carry a 45-day reporting lag. Form 4 insider transactions can be amended for weeks after the original filing. ClinicalTrials.gov entries are updated by sponsors at their discretion. Insider clusters, smart-money confluence and pharma catalyst signals are computed on the most-recent available snapshot and may not reflect changes published after our last refresh.

No fiduciary or advisory relationship

Using DeepVane does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage or custodial relationship between you and us. We are not your financial planner, tax adviser, accountant or attorney. Free-tier and paid users are treated identically with respect to model output quality and disclosure obligations.

Risk of loss

All investing involves risk, including the risk of total loss of principal. Options, short positions, leveraged and inverse ETFs, biotech catalysts and small-cap names carry amplified risk. Pharma-focused signals (Phase 3 failure estimates, AdCom catalyst dates, patent-cliff exposure) are particularly volatile because outcomes are binary or near-binary. Use risk capital you can afford to lose entirely.

Geographic scope

DeepVane focuses on US-listed equities (NYSE / NASDAQ / AMEX) plus a curated set of ADRs and select non-US tickers. Information presented may not be appropriate, lawful or accessible in every jurisdiction. Where local regulation requires registration, licensing or specific disclosures for investment information services, the responsibility for compliance rests with the user accessing the site.

No warranty of accuracy

We make no representation or warranty that the information, models or data on the site are complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose. Pipeline bugs, upstream data-vendor errors, SEC filing typos, ticker re-mappings and corporate-action discontinuities can produce visible anomalies. Where we discover material errors we correct them and publish corrections via /changelog.

AI-generated explainers

Per-ticker narrative summaries on individual stock pages are generated by large language models on demand and are clearly labelled as such. They are explanatory commentary on the underlying deterministic model outputs - not separate forecasts. Cron jobs and the composite scoring pipeline are LLM-free and fully deterministic.
