DeepVane is an independent quantitative research platform. We score publicly listed equities using twelve academic factor families, look for confluence patterns, and surface the results through this site, API, and email alerts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The free tier is intentionally generous — most of the engine is available without payment. Paid tiers ("Pro" and "Enterprise") add alerts, historical depth, and bulk API access; they will launch on the timeline described on the pricing page.
DeepVane is research tooling, not investment advice. The scores, patterns, prediction intervals, and pharma probability estimates we publish are quantitative outputs derived from academic methods applied to public data. They are not personalised recommendations. They are not regulated financial advice. They are not a guarantee that a position will move in a particular direction.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or custodian under any jurisdiction. We do not know your tax situation, time horizon, or risk tolerance. Whatever decisions you make with the data we publish are entirely your own. If you are uncertain whether a piece of information is appropriate for your situation, talk to a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction.
Past performance of an academic factor — even when peer-reviewed and replicated — does not guarantee that the same factor will pay out in any forward window. Markets adapt; signals decay; tail events happen.
You may register one personal account using a real email address you control. You are responsible for keeping the account credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@deepvane.com — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
You agree not to:
The free tier is permanent for the features listed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to add new features that fall behind the Pro paywall, but we will not retroactively move existing free features behind it without 30 days' notice.
Paid tiers will launch on the timeline disclosed publicly on the pricing page. Pricing, billing terms, refund policy, and renewal mechanics will be detailed in a paid-tier addendum that supplements (not replaces) these terms.
We aim for high availability but make no contractual uptime guarantees on free tier. Pipelines, APIs, and dashboards may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Brevo, data feeds), or unexpected failures. When this happens we attempt to communicate via the dashboard or status page.
Enterprise contracts include explicit SLAs as separately negotiated.
DeepVane retains all rights to the platform code, the trained weights, the calibration constants, the visual design, and the aggregated outputs produced by the engine. The underlying academic factor literature is, of course, not ours — but the implementation, tuning, and integration is.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. watchlist contents, virtual portfolio entries, alert rules). By submitting such content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of operating the service for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeepVane and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or reputational harm — arising out of your use of the service. Our cumulative liability for any direct damages will not exceed the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or product-liability law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or are dormant beyond 24 months. In most cases we will email you first and give you a chance to cure the issue. You may close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England, except that consumers may rely on mandatory rights and forums available under the law of their country of residence.
(Counsel review will firm this up before paid launch — the jurisdiction line above is provisional.)
We will email registered accounts at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Minor edits (typo fixes, link updates) ship without notice and the “last updated” date is bumped accordingly.
Questions or formal notices: legal@deepvane.com (general) or support@deepvane.com (account issues).
